IT Manager/Supervisor

REPORTING LINES
Direct report — Academics Incharge, Operations Manager
Prepare estimates used by management for purposes of planning, organizing, and scheduling work
Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES—GENERAL
Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required
Direct Subordinates – IT Team
Install and configure wireless networking equipment
Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments or construction foreman to discuss estimate and resolve issues
Create, analyse, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software
Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Academic Qualifications
Language
Preference given to candidates with the following: CASP, CEH, CISSP, GSEC, GCIH, Sec+, Net+, A+, Cloud+, CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCDA, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, MTA.
Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years supervisory or manager experience in engineering hotel department.
2+ years of experience in information technology
Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering with positive attitude, Good communication skills and Committed to delivering a high level of customer service Organization and communication skills
Industry certifications (MCSE)
High school diploma
Competent in written and spoken English
Professional Experience

Competetive with the Hospitality/Education industry.
