IT Network Engineer

Have knowledge of managing desktop related issues and configurations.
Should have knowledge of networking (routing policies and traffic flow)
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Have knowledge of managing Server OS related issue, Antivirus, Patch Management.
Managing, troubleshooting, and proactively updating hardware and software assets to prevent downtime or zero-day exploits from occurring.
Must have good communication skills, Should be able to communicate Team Member in (India/Hongkong).
Managing network and Server
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Build an technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Have knowledge of managing windows server AD server, DNS server, DHCP, File Server Wsus Server & SQL server etc
Have knowledge of managing Outlook, OneDrive and Teams issue on Mac and Windows.
Should have hands on experience on FortiGate Firewall, VPN, NAT, Firewall Policy & UTM Policy, Office365 tools like OneDrive and Microsoft teams.
Must have worked on remote support tools like TeamViewer, Anydesk, LogMeIn and etc

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and production management software.
Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company
Having a deep understanding of computer networks, TCP/IP models, Wifi systems.
Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
Knowledge and experience in Windows Server, Active Directory;
Knowledge of material planning (MRP) and related software are given priority.
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Information Systems or related fields , or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 - 5 years working experience in IT operations.
