Network Administrator
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
· Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
· Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
· Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
· Protects organization&039;s value by keeping information confidential.
· Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.
· Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
· Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments..
· Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
Linux System
· Build and maintain RedHat based Linux servers
· Analyze and resolve service-impacting issues across the whole platform (hardware, software, network) quickly and efficiently while maintaining communication with impacted parties.
· Develop tools and scripts to improve our deployment process and effectively monitor custom applications.
· Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and the company.
· Perform general system tasks such as OS and application upgrades, file system maintenance, and user administration.
· Strictly comply with requirements of personal protective equipment, HSE, ISO in factory.
· Manage web servers, SSL certificates, load balancers, and high availability applications.
IT help desk
- Handle troubleshooting when needed.
- Serve as the first point contact when user seeking technical assistance.
· Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
