IT Officer Business Application

***Job Purpose:
Ensure all business application meet user requirement and follow corporate standard & policy, the proper functioning of business application systems and provision of timely IT service to uphold operational efficiency.
Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
Provide service on business application to end user include RFID system, human resource system, production
planning software, warehouse sys(em, ERP system, efc.
Acts as ISD project co-ordinator
Production system database administration
Production dafa correction & reconsolidation
Understand production operational challenges, find out roof-catse problem & suggest solution
On floor ETS setup and troubleshoot ETS issues
Key Results/Key Performanee Indicafors (KPIs)
- User acceptance rate of sysiem
- System downrate

Education & Qualification Requirements
University graduate, major in Information Technology preferred
Experience Requiremenfs
- Previous experience with IT Operations, Application and Production Support
- Over 5 years&039; relevant experience;
Technical competeney Requiremenfs
- Familiar with Client / Server application, VB.net, C, VS and ASP
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
- Good in both of writing and speaking English
- Hands-on project management and system development experience is preferred
