IT Officer (Nhân Viên IT)

Assisting the IT Manager in terms of technical, resource and logistic support.
Point of liaison between IT Vendors and the Hotel, co-ordinate with suppliers and maintenance vendors.
To support all computing functions and equipment so every department concerned can obtain optimum benefit from utilizations of technology as directed by the IT Manager.
Ensure that data backup procedures and maintenance routines are correctly followed and logged.
Ensure the ongoing integrity of all hardware and software and effect preventative.
Perform regular audits of the system and system maintenance with appropriate recommendations.
Provide support for users for the proper functioning of the system as required by the IT Manager
Prepare monthly summary reports for the IT Department.
Other duties assigned by IT Manager.
Try to solve basic users’ problem in computer systems.
To ensure the proper utilization and availability of computing resources for the ethical and legal use of technology.
To help the Business Center, Butler or Function Rooms to solve the computer’s problem such as Internet connection or any problem that related to the computer.
Maintain a register of all hardware including serial or other identifying numbers or characters and the geographical location of such.
To provide to IT Manager a daily basis, a written report detailing system performance, problems encountered, action taken, recommended solution and alteration of programs.
Co-operate with training department to support the computer training courses to users.
