IT Project Manager - Offer Upto 40 Triệu + Bonus

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget to customer’s satisfaction.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Report and escalate to management as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

At least 2 years of experience in software project management
Nice to have: PMP or Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)
A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability to establish strong working relationships, and enjoy being part of a team of like-minded individuals
Good English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across organizational levels
Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of Project, and an obsession about the customer experience
Detail-orientation, with strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
