IT Recruiter

Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression
Managing the process through interview to offer stage
Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
Identifying and developing client/business relationships (optional)
Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
Screening and short-listing applicants, interviewing candidates

Understanding of the IT industry
Positive can-do attitude
A good listener, who cares about people
Bachelor’s Degree in any majors
At least 1 years working experience of headhunting/recruiting
A willingness and enthusiasm to work hard to achieve your goals
Ability to handle clients/candidates&039; objection and close deal
Experienced in Business Development/Account Management is a plus
Strong communication skills, confident and fluent in English is big plus
Results and target oriented proven by past work achievement

Commission: up to 28%
Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be under Labor Law
Office hours: Monday- Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday
