IT Security Manager

We are looking for IT Security Manager position works in 9thWonder Vietnam office locate at the most beautiful city of Vietnam.
9thWonder is looking for a security expert to help oversee IT security and improve end-user processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with occasional employee help desk tickets (during Vietnam business hours only)
• Other duties as assigned
• Set up and monitor Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) for servers, employee devices and cloud infrastructure
• Review, evaluate and upgrade security posture in physical offices and cloud systems
• Write scripts and use existing management tools to automate updates whenever possible
• Manage and respond to all system security alerts
• Produce regular reports for SOC-2 compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with SIEM tools, especially Microsoft Sentinel
• 4+ years of IT security experience
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Microsoft 365 Security
Note that we use primarily Microsoft tools, but employee computers are 50% Windows 10 and 50% MacOS.
• Team player
• Intermediate to advanced written and spoken English
• SOC-2 compliance experience, or similar
• Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
