JOB DUTIES:
Cyber Security Incidents management:
Responsible for developing and managing Information Systems cyber security including disaster recovery, database protection and software development.
Manages IT security analysts to define impact of cyber security incidents on the organization and related business operations are minimized by appropriate controls as part of the incident response.
Develops and delivers lesson is learnt from cyber security incident management, to increase the chances of preventing future incidents from occurring and improving the overall cyber incident management process.
Coordinate to rapidly detect, minimize loss and destruction, mitigate the weaknesses exploited or resolve violations of security policies.
BCP support tasks for Security and Crisis management requirements:
The responsibility is to outline the role of the business continuity coordinators and enhance awareness of activities associated with continuity planning and crisis management:
Support to the enhancement of GVL‘s overall Business Continuity Program through collaborative efforts spearheaded by the Business Continuity Planning.
Support the Business Continuity Planning in documentation, testing and exercise sessions.
IT Security Governance and Control:
Monitore and governance to ensure IT Security framework and process being applied properly as requirement from Group Generali
Consult IT member regarding solution to fix security issue after pentest or security scanning
Perform Add hoc tasks assgined by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor‘s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Computer, Computer Engineering or IT related fields
Experience:
Experience in Security, IT Risk and BCP
At least 2 years‘ experience in IT, 1+ year experience at the same position
Experience in Life Insurance domain would be an advantage • Experience in IT Audit process and support would be an advantage • Have good knowledge of ISO 27001, COBIT 5 is plus
Skills:
Able to work under high pressure;
Good in IT Risk and Security operating and governance skill
Able to work independently and good working relationship with other departments.
Good interpersonal skill;
Stake holder management
Good at English communication (both verbal and writing) skills;
