IT Senior Executive

Responsible for System & Security

Provide helpdesk to Office users regarding to using IT systems daily
Troubleshooting and providing service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing server-related network, hardware, software, workstations and communication infrastructure.
Work with Project teams to implement the IT Projects
Coordinate system updates and replacement of outdated versions
Provide training to users on new technologies, features, or others knowledge related to IT systems
Testing database systems and upgrades, such as debugging, tracking, reproduction, logging and resolving all identified problems.
Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs.
Work with vendors to implement hardware / networks / systems / service projects (if any)
Liaising with security vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources; analyzing, recommending, installing and maintaining software security applications; and monitoring contractual obligations, performance delivery and service level agreements.
Manage the distribution and retention of data on various storage devices
Performing the operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls.
Accepting responsibility for the processes, procedures and operational management associated with system security and disaster recovery planning.
Implementing and administering database documentation, guidelines, policies and procedures.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position
Good knowledge and experience in Networking and Security;
CCNA/CCNP certificate or equivalent knowledge is a PLUS
Strong communication skills
Good command in English (verbal and writing);
Experience in Office 365
University degree or above
Have knowledge about voice systems;
