IT - ServiceNow Developer Ngân Hàng TMCP Á Châu (ACB)

- Write and update technical design, configuration and process documents, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and modify ServiceNow flows, workflows, forms, scripts, reports and dashboards.
- Participate in supporting the collection and analysis of business requirements, converting them into technical solutions, applying best practices to ServiceNow development.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications, resolve problems and incidents within a reasonable period.
- Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and applications using Javascript, HTML, CSS languages.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to adjust ServiceNow solutions according to ACB&039;s goals and directions.
- Monitor & update information about upgrades from ServiceNow.
- Perform unit testing, system testing and integration testing to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third- party systems and applications using web services, APIs, and middleware solutions.

- Have knowledge of IT service management processes and ITIL framework.
- Proficient in using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with ITSM modules such as Incident Management,
- Experience in ServiceNow development from 2- 5 years.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including ServiceNow APIs and GlideScript.
- Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Level Management.
- Analytical and problem- solving skills, effective communication and collaboration with functional groups and stakeholders.
