IT Specialist II

Support (guide, troubleshoot, report, etc.) users on daily tasks:

PC operation (Software, hardware)
Office equipment operation (Printer, fax, scanner, etc)

Support deployment and maintenance IT resource to users that includes the following:

Software
IT equipment (PC, laptop, etc.)
Office equipment,
Network equipment
Telecommunication

Make user guides, system documents
IT resources allocation and access management:

Communicate tasks and IT user issues to IT service team
Handle and close helpdesk tasks and tickets
Handle User access request to our systems by communicating through task

Troubleshoot network issues when occur:

Firewall
Switches

Education:

Required: College degree with IT major
Preferable: University degree with IT major

Professional knowledge of:

Hand-on experience in networking i.e. routing, switching.
Good networking skills: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA, etc.
Basic operate and troubleshoot IT equipment (Office and network) knowledge.
Good Windows system infrastructure knowledge.

Knowledge of foreign languages:

Good in reading and writing skill.
Fluent in speaking and listening skill.

Professional experience:

Work as a member in team (teamwork) and in a pressure environment.
Have at least 2 years in user supporting (Help Desk) and in on-hand networking experience.

Other:

Suitable characters: amiable, discipline, assiduous, self-motivated and work-smart.
Able to be on-call and work off-hours when needed.
