Setup and maintain promotions based on requirements of marketing campaigns for members and non- members on different digital applications such as CRM, Retail system, …
Troubleshoot, resolve issues or report for service providers in digital services spaces.
Define business and technical requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and develop end- to- end solution architecture. Work with third- party for Implementing system/features agreed with business dept. ​
Validate dataflow and design of database, change request analysis and implementation in digital marketing solutions​​
System documentation regarding above. Ensure security and governance of system and data​
Support cross- functional project where integration is required between digital application and other system platforms such as CRM and Data Analytics tools​​
Engage with multiple teams, including business, data, security, infrastructure, to ensure all aspects of the solution architecture are captured, defined and communicated clearly in a timely manner​​

* Background
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent business experience
- Must have 2 years of experience in CRM system.
- Excellence in Customer Service Skill is plus

- Requires strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to business partner with cross-functional teams using strong written and verbal communication
- Intermediate English - 4 skill
