IT Staff

Prepare documents (project or product specifications, description, system design etc.) when assigned by superior.
Perform other jobs related duties as and when requested by superior.
To monitor the performance of system and applications and improve the stability of service and user&039;s experience
Provide technical network system and desktop support to ensure smooth and effective delivery of IT services
Respond to the support calls and requests from users
Serve as the Super-user of all applications related to the operation processes.
Assist users to troubleshoot IT problems, if necessary, discuss issues with users to identify root cause and resolve issue
Support the project team in testing, verifying bugs/issues with user.

• Minimum Diploma in IT/IS related discipline and at least 1-2 years experience in IT/IS industry
• Mature individual with ability to handle demanding users
• Good SQL command is required
• Able to demonstrate troubleshooting analytical skills
• Able to speak/write English fluently plus Good communication/ presentation skills
• Have the knowledge at ERP, WMS, TMS and Logistics business is a plus
• Good customer service skills and able to work independently and a team player
