IT STAFF (FRESHER)

* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support helpdesk for users (PC, desk phone, email, company website, internet settings, printer...)


• Install the software and operating system according to company policy.


• Monitor and manage computer allocation for users.


• Monitor and manage printer status, and coordinate with repair contractors when problems arise.


• Guide users to use the company's systems, and write manuals (if any).


• Install, configure and operate network infrastructure. (Switch, Router, Firewall, Access Point)


• Handling errors related to computers, printers, email, desk phones (IP Phone), LAN systems, WLC ...


• Support checking, and troubleshooting errors related to CCTV system (IP Camera).


• Support to check and monitor the information security system according to the company's policy.


• Monitor LAN and WAN systems at the factory to ensure stable operation


• Implement and propose jobs related to IT systems and infrastructure.


• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

- Bachelor's Degree

- Major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

- 0-2 years of working experience, fresh graduate is preferable

- Can communicate in English
