IT Support (Copier Support)

Main Purpose
•To provide a profession reprographics service to all AIS Staff.
•To ensure that all staff follow the correct administrative and IT procedure.
•To ensure that the machinery and ancillary support services remain fully operational at all times.
Key Tasks and Functions
•To complete all staff job requests (by form and/or email) in a timely manner as laid out in the Copy Room Procedure.
•Report all technical faults to suppliers and appropriate Administration staff to ensure that repairs/replacement machines are organised.
•Ensure that paper stock levels are maintained for all machines.
•To return staff job request to the appropriate place at the appropriate time e.g. staff pigeon holes.
•To maintain an accurate set of records/receipts of all job requests and return to Finance for processing.
•To work with the IT technician in retrieving all ‘staff usage records’ from machines each month and pass on to Finance\IT for processing
•To update the published reprographic costs regularly to the IT Manager for communication to all staff.
•To secure and lock the reprographics room outside of scheduled opening hours
•To cover other IT Team duties as allocated from time to time by the IT Manager.
