IT Support (IT Helpdesk)

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

1. Take on day to day maintenance tasks and projects.

2. Support daily issues.

3. Support daily issues from Help Desk, email or phone.

4. Administer Samtec systems as responsibilities are assigned.

5. Responsible for the company IT operations equipment include hardware, network infrastructure and servers

6. Any other job-related duties as assigned by Management.

7. Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.

Required Experience  

• 1- 3 years related experience / similar position.
• Good at English

 Preferred Education:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in information system/computer science/related technical or equivalent experience.

2. Additional certification, CCIE, CCNP or Microsoft Professional Certification.
