IT Support Lead

Job Summary:
As a member of SmartDev LLC, the IT Support Lead is considered a desktop support expert responsible for computer hardware, software, networking and peripherals. IT Support Manager acts as the first point of escalation for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests, and connectivity issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure security of data, network access
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Manage and maintain servers, data backup system schedules
Join in project team to support deploy Dev environment
Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures
Maintenance Wired network and Wireless
Manage and operate Office365 services
Conducts hardware, software maintenance and support

Ability to write bash, powershell scripts
Good command of English is essential
Have experience in Office365 Global admin
Good understanding of virtualization platforms (Xen, KVM, Vmware,..)
At-least 2 years experiences as a System administrator (Linux) position
Have knowlegde of web services like nginx, apache, proxy,…
Have experience in Docker
Have experience in network administration, LAN/WAN networking, load balancing, firewall device
Ability to write technical support, report documentation

Nice to have

Certifications of CCNA, MCSA
Worked under ISO 27001 standard

Preferred:

Ability to work under pressure
Proactive and able to solve problem efficiently
Good at interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices
