IT Support Leader

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure network and system including Windows servers, Email, devices, internal application;
Maintain technical documentation of network and system;
Collaborate with Admin officer for Inventory management;
Manage IT Help engineers;
Conduct backup for all data as backup plan;
Monitor the performance of network and system;
Document input and report;

Your Skills and Experiences
Required Technical Skills

Good knowledge of Wired and Wireless, server, camera system;
Good knowledge of Linux OS, LAN, WAN;
Good knowledge of Window Server: Domain (AD), DHCP, DNS, ISA, IIS, DFS, …;
5+ years related experiences in IT System Administration;
Experiences in solving incidents for Windows, MacOS;
Opensource application skills relevant to day to day work, development, networking, collaboration, security, etc.

Other Skills:

Be able creative in work and implement initiative in work;
Good at team work and independent work;
Can work under high pressure;
