As a Level 2 – Technical Support Agent, you will:
- Analyze assistance/incedent ticket requests from our Customers
- Research, troubleshoot, and diagnose Customer issues; and provide accurate solutions.
- Have high speed Interactions with Vietnam’s Level 3 – Support (Development Team)
- Have high speed Interactions with Level 1 Support in Switzerland, Spain and France
- Reproduce and document customer bugs for the development team
- Respond to Customer Assistance Request in writing
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction
Your Skills and Experience
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field
To have a sufficient software or application technical background - Have a minimum 2 years experiences in software development OR technical support position for software or application
- Fluent English for day to day communications with European colleagues
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing bugs, handling customer support requests
- Database/SQL knowledge
- Details oriented

STRONG PLUSES:
- Fluent French or German (a plus)
