IT Technical Support/nhân Viên IT

IT technical support staff will be in charge of monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the networks of the company, ensuring appliances and equipments are always in good using condition, including main tasks as below:
+ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, installing antivirus protection, fixing network faults…ect
+ Daily admin and monitoring of network use, technical support for people using the network and supervising helpdesk staff.
+ Planning future improvements, suggesting IT upgrade solutions to Managers
+ Controlling Internet systems, telephone system and office appliances and machines
+ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems (servers, computers, laptops, printers…etc)
+ Other tasks as assigned by Managers
+ Providing support, including other documentary and technical supports
+ In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data

+ English Communication.
+ 2 years experience in IT support Hardware/Software/Network and familiar with all IT things,
+ Male
+ College/ University Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications
+ Place of work: 22FL, Charmvit Tower, No.117, Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City,Vietnam.
+ Able to explain technical problems in a simple way, team player, flexible attitude and reliable
