IT - UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experience UX/UI Designer who is responsible for the development of UX/UI of software products. The candidate for this position should experience in designing the look and feel of software applications. Having a strong background of web or mobile development is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Create and maintain UX/UI documents, themes
Join the IT development team, reporting directly to development manager
Keep all interactions within the application are intuitive and easy for users
Proactively improve product features and quality
Design UX/UI of products following the overall concepts
Collaboration with other teams to deliver correct designs
Participate in scrum team to deliver a high-quality product

Job Requirements:

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other developers and stakeholders
Experience in agile development teams, such as Scrum, Kanban
BS/MS degree in computer science/software engineering/graphic designer or a related field
Understanding of CI/CD software development environments
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit
Experience in web or mobile UX/UI design
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design positions
Interested in dealing with design challenges and keen on exploring new things
Good understanding of application workflows, software design concepts, user experience and interaction
