Java Developer (J2EE, Spring)

Common Responsibilities:

Perform Unit test, integration test to ensure quality of applications, software mudules
Cooperate with other team member to complete projects on time
Tuning performance, ensure security of applications, software modules
Develop applications, software modules using PHP technologies
Produce daily/weekly report as requested
Research and apply new technologies

For Senior:

Produce functional, technical documents when requested
Design application structure, architect
Lead other engineers in communication and collaboration with PM and other teams (frontend, devops, QC, ...)
Design API
Design application database
Train Junior Developers

Qualifications for Junior:

Basic skills in Server Application Programming using Java
Basic knowledge in programming language, OOP, database design, design patterns
Basic knowledge in network communication and security
Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Basic knowledge in software development process

Qualifications for Senior:

Experience in RDBMS and Modern Database System (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB...)
Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Experience in working with Application server (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic...)
Experience in Java application framework (Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate,...)
Experience in optimizing application performance and handling large amount of data
Able to communicate in English
Experience in data security
Experience in Server Application Programming using Java (at least 3 years)
Familiar with software development processes (Waterfall, Agile)

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in using cloud services (AWS, Digital Ocean, Azure, ...)
Catch up with modern technologies (micro-services, IOT, bigdata, ...)
Experience in Web Programming technologies (HTML5, Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, ...)
