JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform development on Java and/or support maintains systems
- Develop both back-end and responsive front-end
- Develop web-based business application systems
- Work in team or independently, following process
- Ensure meeting deadline and quality standards

- Knowledge about design patterns and unit test is a plus
- At least 2+ year hands-on experience in Java and/or J2EE development
- Experience of offshore business or joining in project with Japanese customers is a great advantage
- Must be able to use Japanese language (JLPT certificate is preferred) ; English language (TOEIC) is a big plus
- Experience in any of Java frameworks: Struts, Spring MVC, Seam, JPA, Hibernate....
- A great advantage if having experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Android, IOS ...
- Being able to work in team as well as work independently with creative and good attitude
