Java Technical Lead - Joining Bonus

Manage design & architecture for several modules of a product-suite
Develop frameworks, codebase, and CI/CD pipelines.
Work closely with business analysts and software architects
Communicate, collaborate, and drive cross-location teams
Deliver high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable software production
Supervise and coordinate team members’ tasks, provide developmental training and technical guidance as needed
Troubleshoot technical issues, CI/CD.

Must have

Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ TypeScript
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Familiar with the Agile methodology
Experience in leading a team of developers
8+ years of experience in Java software development
Experience in working with enterprise integration patterns, distributed systems, or microservices
Strong experience in Spring framework, Hibernate, SQL, CI/CD

Nice to have

Experience in ReactJS, JSP, JavaFX, gRPC
Experience in OpenShift, AWS, OCI
