JD - AMA - Procurement Officer

- Work out effective sourcing approaches/strategies for various product/services including but not limited to: Academic-related materials/services, IT-related product/services, MKT activities, Property Maintenance & construction activities, Office-related equipment/services.
- Source the most suitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
- Periodically examine and re-evaluate existing suppliers to ensure that the Company partner with the right suppliers.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms for AMA
- Collaborate with various functions in the Company to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the purchase requestor.
- Collaborate with Finance Department in following up payments to suppliers.

- Education: BA is required;
- 1-2 years of experience in Procurement.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Aptitude in working with numbers and details
- Understanding of education-related procurement is preferred
