Junior Architect

Requirements:
•Tốt nghiệp đại học kiến trúc hoặc có bằng cấp về kiến trúc
Architectural Technology Diploma or Degree in Architecture
•Thành thạo kỹ thuật xây dựng / chi tiết và công nghệ xây dựng
Proficient in technical construction/ detailing and building technologies
•Có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh
Communication skills in English
•Có kinh nghiệm về 3D render, thể hiện phối cảnh kiến trúc
3D rendering experience, scenography or architectural industry
•Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm Revit
At least 1-2 Years of full time Revit experience
•Có khả năng tạo và chỉnh sửa các thư viện Revit
Ability to create and modify Revit families
•Có khả năng phối hợp mô hình Revit
Revit model coordination
•Khả năng chạy phát hiện xung đột bằng Navisworks
Ability to run clash detection using Navisworks
•Có hiểu biết cơ bản về MEP
Basic understanding MEP
•Có khả năng thao tác và thích ứng với các tập tin do người khác tạo
Ability to manipulate and adapt to files created by others
•Có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm tốt, cũng như có thể làm việc nhiều dự án cùng một lúc
Ability to work well within a team and independently, as well as work on a number of projects simultaneously
