Promotion & Merchandising
- Check Catalogue from Marketing for each promotion
- Send guideline to store how to display for OB product
- Ensure have stock before run promotion to minimize OOS issue
- Work with POG team for display position of new product before launching
- Set Min max for promotion
- Check POG on promotion where is more attractive (SKU, scheme)
Forecast and Inventory Control
- Based on data, analysis and send forecast to supplier at least 3 months.
Monthly update if having any adjustment
- Monthly checking stock in supplier warehouse to sure they always have
enough stock for PMC
- Review Min max for bestselling store and store sell not goods
- Follow sales quantity especially for strong promotion to update new forecast
- Closely working with Supplier and SC team in place order with big quantity on
- Check stock in store / warehouse to sure all stores have enough stock
promotion, transportation, delivery date to PMC.,
Other tasks
- Maintain internal communications with other buying teams, sales & marketing,
logistic and other functions in the company
- Do other tasks or activities as required by my line manager

At least 01 years
Proficient use of software: Ms.Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good at English
University –Economy, Financial or related
College/ Bachelor Degree
- Time Management & Planning Skills

- Data analysis
- Being able to communicate in English
