Junior Graphic Designer

Key responsibilities:

GENERAL

· Support the design team in the development and production of all creative assets across diverse mediums.

· Assist in executing the creative direction of product branding, packaging, merchandising, marketing campaigns, marketing and sales decks, press materials, merchandising graphics, media for web, and more

· Create promotional materials including mailers, brochures, point of purchase display, press kits, magazine advertising, invitations, posters and all related promotional print collateral, digital content and video editing

· Working in collaboration with the marketing department and sales department driving brand, product, marketing materials and social media.

· Responsible to ensure all go out on time and included updated info.

· Ensure all printing material meets a high standard

PHOTOGRAPHY / SHOOTS

· Assist the design team with product shoot styling including prop mood board development, prop sourcing and buying, and on-set prop styling

· Familiar with photography alteration process and Photoshop

DIGITAL & ECOM

· Help with social media content creation, website/ landing page aesthetic, and other design tasks

· Design and update graphics for all third-party retailer sites, other sales channels and social media platforms

Minimum Requirements

Online and offline Marketing knowledge, experience in the beauty/ cosmetic field is an advantage . Have a passion for cosmetics and beauty.

At least 1 years of hands-on working experience in Graphic Design

Must be proficient in InDesign, PowerPoint, Illustrator and Photoshop

Working knowledge of:

Raster & Vector illustration experience / talent

Strong knowledge of 2D / 3D software

Graphic design on a 3-dimensional object

Typography, photography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, color, and composition

eCommerce experience is a big plus but not required

Have an eye for layout, color, typography - flawless design

Knowledge in video and motion a plus

Some experience or interest in still product photography styling and propping

Experience working with a team

Good English Skills
