Job purpose (Overview of overall responsibility)
Assist the Manager Performance Management and Sales Support in sales reporting (regular and ad-hoc) and performance management.
Key tasks
•Establishing and managing the data system on business activities of the Bancassurance division, ensuring the updating of data.
•Building, managing and developing the report system, including regular reports and ad-hoc report.
•Send reports and analysis to the Sales team and Senior Management.
•Calculating and providing the result of campaigns
•Report and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, Sales results
•Closely cooperate with relevant departments as sales team, campaign and incentive departme
