Mô tả công việc

  • Operation of activities in relation to Marketing for ETC & OTC channel (Dermatology hospitals, clinics and Aesthetic Clinics) and be responsible for the product portfolio of Dermatology and Aesthetic.

  • Making Quarterly & annual marketing/budget plan & report.

  • Drive Sales & volume through marketing activities within stipulated budget.

  • Preparing marketing related materials (POSM), planning & organizing local & International conferences and other product related events (new product launches, workshops etc.)

  • Conduct regular hand on training, Group presentations and product training at clinics (Dermatology & Aesthetics) & hospitals.

  • Implementing Trade promotions along with Sales & loyalty programs to drive sales.

  • Do regular field visits to build relationships with KOLs & support sales team.

  • Preparing training manual, product presentation to train sales team.

  • Analyze and explore new market trends; competitor analysis, identify new opportunities & support in developing new products for the market.

  • Co-ordinate with Internal & external stakeholders of the company.

  • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 1-3 years of work experience as a Product Executive or Brand executive in Cosmetic, Dermatology Or Aesthetic industry.

  • Being a Pharmacist, Doctor is preferable.

  • Especially professional at ETC fields, Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule.

  • Strategy planning, Product development skills.

  • Budget Management skills.

  • Proficient in English (oral & writing), presentation skills, MS Office.

  • Formulation of initiatives, and a systematic and practical approach to the fulfillment of tasks;

  • Active management of interpersonal conflict situations and events;

  • Guidance, encouragement and motivation of employees;

  • Target-orientation and strength of purpose.
