Junior Product Operation Specialist

As a Product Operation Specialist, you will help to bring million license songs to the music entertainment platform which a place all users all over the world can play, learn, connect and create music game.

Work closely with data and finance team to do reconciliation and payment
Analyze data, assess value, develop cases and prioritize stories, epics, themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
Chase bugs and maintain million license songs in the database system and client
Work closely with development teams and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes with high impact
Translate report requirement specs to event trackings to generate reporting

Familiar with using use SQL and google sheet to analyze data
Responsible and multi-tasking, can-do attitude
Fluent in english in both written and verbal communication
Able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
A logical and critical-thinking person with the ability to analyze data
