Junior Project Manager ( IT Communicator)

● Testing and creating Test cases with senior(s).
● Reporting process of project daily, weekly and monthly.
● Frequently and actively contacting customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents.
● Taking and sharing meeting notes (minutes).
● Arranging daily proceedings.
● IT translation (documents, messaging).
● Communicating with clients (Japanese, English, Vietnamese).
● Supporting (B)PM/ BrSE to manage projects and handle project operations in the DevOps team.
● Understanding VFA&039;s project standards and rules.
● Understanding system requirements/specifications and target users.
● Discussing requirement/schedule/system design with Japanese clients directly with Senior PM.

Yêu cầu công việc

● Experience in IT Communicator or Developer 1 or more years.
● Being proactive and having a high sense of responsibility, ambitious, willing to learn & hardworking.
● To be honest, communication with clients/team/managers is a must.
● Being fluent in English is a plus.
● Japanese language: N2 or over.
● Required to have a wide range of roles and responsibilities.
● Experience or knowledge about AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
● Experience in programming with any programming language is a plus.
