Junior Supply Chain Management Executive

Work closely with each restaurant to manage inventory and order non-food items;

Weekly PO (consumables & other items);

Monthly PO (consumables & other items)

Assist with irregular tasks / items to order

Negotiate prices with existing suppliers

Find new suppliers for consumables & other items - check their price and quality

Work with the restaurant teams and other departments to understand the items in demand

Work with the restaurant teams to make sure delivery notes match PO

Expected to be organized and document all work

Expected to respond to emails and complete all tasks in a timely manner

Fresh graduate (Undergraduate with temporary diploma is also acceptable)

 Basic knowledge about Supply Chain Management

Experienced the internship in the related fields is a plus

“Can do” attitude;

Good communication skills;

 Expected to complete all tasks in a timely manner
