Junior System Admin (IT Helpdesk)

We are looking for a candidate for the position of System Admin (IT Helpdesk). In this position we do not require a candidate with too much experience, we are ready to train you. Overview Job Description: 80% Helpdesk, 15% Infrastructure and 5% ISO Management

Helpdesk
Handling errors and requests for software, network signal, wifi at end-user
Working with vendors to repair, warranty or buy new IT equipment
Update and track information on assets, purchases, access rights, IT service desk. employee onboarding/retirement information realtime.
Support requests from users/customers through Service Desk
Work with ISP to handle external internet problems.
Work with related departments such as QA, Financial Accounting, HR, Office Admin.
Handle basic hardware problems for printers, laptops,...
Infrastructure
Camera system management
Network Management: Fortinet firewall, Cisco/HP Switch, Wireless Controller.
System management: VPS, Domain Controller, Access Server, DNS, Local Servers, NAS, RODC.
Operational management of Cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Bitbucket, VPS, AWS, Endpoint Central.
Daily monitor and report on systems, networks, server rooms, cameras,...
ISO Management
Writing new/updating operating documents for ISO 27001, 9001 system
Operate the entire IT system according to ISO 27001, 9001 standards

MUST HAVE:

Careful, ability to handle work with integrity.
Strong teamwork ability.
Have basic knowledge of: IT Helpdesk Tier1, knowledge of computer architecture (similar to MCSA), basic computer network.
English: Basic/Inter.
Document skill, good presentation skill.
Must have "services" mindset.
MAC and Windows OS
Good communication.
Level Junior or Fresher. We accept the candidates with high enthusiasm.
Ability to withstand pressure.
