JUNIOR TRADER

Job Summary

KIS Vietnam is looking for strong, calm and smart candidate who can perform trade order execution from proprietary trading strategy and from client order. As the same time, the candidate will collaborate with the team to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of company product to offer best services to client and reach the leading position in the market.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Execute trading order from trading strategies and from clients’ orders:

- Fast execution, real time trading on multiple securities simultaneously.

- Continuously update hedging position, hedging risk and profit/ loss.

- Monitor automated trading system.

2. Report and monitoring

- Daily reports on trading result: position, trade profit, cost of trading etc.

- Monitor trading performance timely and accurately.

3. Collaborate with the team to optimize strategy and process:

- Research to optimize trading strategy and maximize profit and minimize cost for the company.

- Improve the effectiveness and accuracy of internal process and reporting activities by automating tasks.

- Explore new market opportunity and expand the product/ service.

Hard skill:

-          Has experience in quantitative trading and hedging.

-          Understand Vietnam stock market, finance and investment environment

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

-          Familiar with Bloomberg Terminal

-          Have analytic skill and trading skill

-          Great organizing and problem solving skill

-          Preferable if candidate can code in Python, APIs, VBA language and know SQL.

-          CFA qualification is a plus
