[KCN AMATA] QC SUPERVISOR/GIÁM SÁT CHẤT LƯỢNG

· Overall responsibility for quality control of products (all BUs) at site.
· Right First Time control and implement improvement.
· Set high standards of performance for “self, others and the company
· Define quality control plans as well as evaluating/ implementing processes as to enhance quality and productivity.
· Assign QC tasks to QC shift leaders and QC technicians to fulfill QC batches inspection including Incoming RMs, in- process and Finish goods, cases of Customer Complaint/ other Lab worksheet (LWS) process
· Be an active participant in the company’s initiatives to improve its Quality and HSE Management Systems.
· Evaluate SPC data, prepare weekly/monthly/yearly QC report
· Supervise the Lab equipment to ensure the equipment calibration plan is implemented properly
· Report non-conformance to specification and procedures on
· To supervise and perform Quality Control on all the production batches prior to sending to customer and to ensure that all the production batches comply with the set specification.
· Give the training and refresh training to QC Technicians /QC shift leaders on QC testing method/ testing skill to ensure the reliability of testing in WQC Lab
· Manage QC document (SOP, WI)
· Supervise production batch if necessary – for product investigation or process improvement etc.;
· Other matters arranged by manager.
· Comply to the HSE Policy, procedures and Life Saving Rules of Company
· Agree annually with your reports specific measurable targets consistent with those agreed with the superior or higher management

Able to work independently.
A basic college degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Coatings.
Good analytical mind.
Have good understanding and knowledge on coatings is an advantage
Sensitive to color, able to see/differentiate color and good in color adjustments.
Able to write and speak basic English.
Ability to operate all of machines/ equipment in own responsibility scope
Ability to read & understand all of chemical materials sheets (MSDS, TDS, HMIS…)
Able to write report.
