[KCN Long Thành] Chief Accountant

Finance/ Accounting.

Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system.
Cash flow optimizing by monitor and control of payables and receivables.
Check the attendance table from HR & Admin department, Calculate salary and make the SI, HI, UI report monthly (include local labors & exparts).
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports in accordance with Vietnam accounting principles and company requirement.
Recording, classifying and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted Vietnam accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Organize and supervision of day-to-day operation of the accounting.
Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual auditing.
Advising and assisting Management in the compilation and control of company budget.
Preparation of tax reports in accordance with local requirements.
Bringing to the attention of the Management in the abnormality in the disbursement of company fund.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual budget execution reports.

Shipmemt.

Contact with customs department.
Contact with agents to booking for shipment goods to customer.
Doing customs clearance for export and import.

International purchasing.

Issue PO and send to supplier.
Asked supplier provide quotation.
Base on production plan to buying material (Ink, paper…) and spare part for machine from oversea.
Follow up import material, spare part and inform to Plan department.
When material to Port or airport, contact with agents to do customs clearance.

(We have 1 planner cum procurement to support this job in international purchasing).
Warehouse controlling.

Control material before buying material.
Inform everyone when receive fabric or material from supplier and customers.
Directing warehouse and inventory accountant for booking on system.

(We have 1 account assistant to support accounting section and warehouse section).

University Degree in Accountant/ Finance Major.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Age: 28-35.
At least 5 years working experience in accounting/finance department.
Language: English Business Level.
Independent, proactive, fast learner, enthusiastic, responsible and able to work under pressure.
