Is familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.
Prepares, schedules, coordinates and monitors the assigned engineering/ plant improvement projects.
Audits projects after completion to measure project results against original project goals.
Monitors compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
Stays informed about, amongst others, relevant technology, company news and current SHE standards, and takes action if necessary. Identifies what the pertinent information is to use.
Cooperates and communicates daily with project members and stakeholders to interpret their needs and requirements, and provides assistance and technical support.
Reviews engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Tracks and controls project budgets and timelines to ensure project completion within the approved limits.
Performs overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reports regularly on project status.
RE ( responsible engineer) for the site: compliance to SAQ element 2.3 & 6, LCP ( life critical procedure), LSR ( life safety rules) and PSM.
Contributes to site (process) improvements and contributes to/ implement CI / ALPS projects.

At least 2 years working experience in project management.
5 years working experiences for the electrical/ mechanical works. either on the project or the plant sides.
Mechanical or electrical Engineering background - University.
Good CI knowledge and experience.
Result Orientation.
Team Player.
Hard working, ability to be working under pressure.
Good at Ms office (Excel, words) and AutoCAD.
Good communication & English skills.
