[JOB DESCRIPTION]
Guide and train production operators in accordance to the company&039;s competences, values and strategic plan.• Create and update the equipment roll, technical list and other activities that aim to keep a history of data maintenance;
Manage production steps process, optimizing the performance of equipment and processes.
• Authorized to work with electricity (list local regulations)
• Monitor electricity generator system (demand, power, consumption, etc.)
• Control and describe electrical materials
• Develop small automation projects, new parts, components and adaptations of machinery and equipment
• Manage Human Resources (lead teams, work plans, vacations, leaves, layoffs, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors);
• Analyze cost sheets and equipment damage report to ensure quality and performance gains, optimizing equipment and process performance;
• Distribute tasks to electricians, instrumentalists and technicians
• Develop and provide technical training, focused on productivity and quality;
• Manage goals and results, seeking continuous process improvement;
• In charge to provide services in substations and high voltage lines
• Support the activities for technical assistance;

[REQUIRED EXPERIENCE]
<MUST>
- English upper intermediate level
- Has leader or management experience during total experience<Prefer>
- From food manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience min 5 years as Electrical engineer
