JOB DESCRIPTION

• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
• Support timely monthly and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall operational management accounts
• Prepare, examine accounting records to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to company reporting and procedural standards
• Checking all taxation matters including preparing monthly tax reports for submission to Vietnam Tax Authorities. Ensure withholding tax, VAT & CIT, PIT to be accurately declared & paid on time
• Correspond with other departments to ensure proper accounting for purchases and expenses.
• Process payments ensuring: (i) all payments verified and approved in accordance with Company’s regulations; (ii) invoices/bills and supporting documents eligible and reasonable in accordance with laws and accounting regulations
• Complies with Tupperware Brand’s and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
• Scanning commercial contracts’ rationality
• Assist Accounting and Finance Manager in all financial reports monthly/yearly/audit
• Archive accounting documents properly

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance
• At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related field
• Experience with ERP system
• Proficiency in Excel
• Skills to process information, work independently and teamwork
• Withstand the pressure of work
• Ability to address issues and effect change, critical thinking
