Kế Toán Công Nợ (Account Receivable)

- Obtain receiving reports and original invoices from Cost Control section.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports and check invoices as to quantity and price with other records which are verifying by authorized person.
- Ascertain that all appropriate signatures appear in the stamp.
- Verify extensions and totals on all invoices.
- Check all invoices for discounts and discount dates.
- Code invoices, purchase orders and receiving reports until they are due for payment.
- Complete any other duty assigned to them by manager/supervisor.
- Ascertain that all goods received and invoices have been verified by the Cost Control Section.
- File invoices, purchase orders and receiving reports until they are due for payment.
- Present payment vouchers for approval before checks are prepared.

- English with ability to communicate clearly.
- Honesty and reliability a must.
- Secondary education required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in other positions as business demands dictate.
- One or more years of progressive accounting experience
- Operates 10-key calculators, typewriters, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from a recognized school preferred.
