Mô tả công việc


•Be in charge of cash and bank balance
•Prepare statement and follow up account receivable from customer
•Follow and make payment to local and oversea supplier timely
•Follow up inventory, stationary and tool
•Issue red invoice as CS/Sales requested
•Prepare declaration of tax and insurance as well as other statutory reports
•Work with forwarder to follow up the import, export and transportation
•Booking to NAV/SAP system
•Compare NAV/SAP report with tax report
•Document filling and other admin tasks assigned by management level
•Daily and monthly report as manager guide

Yêu cầu công việc


•Prefer female candidate with working experience under 2 years
•Graduate from university with relevant qualification.
•Good command in English and competency of Microsoft applications
•Be able to multitask and work independently as well as good teamwork spirit
•Be detail oriented, hard-working and willing to learn.
