Kế Toán Phải Thu (Account Receivable Accountant)

1. To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that these are properly recorded on a timely basis.

2. To prepare billings, statement of account and follow-up letters and ensure that these are issued on a timely basis.

3. To post advance rent and security deposits to individual accounts.

4. To post payments to individual accounts on a daily basis.

5. To monitor refundable deposits to Premier and companies and ensure that these are refunded on a timely basis.

6. To promptly attend to in-house Premier’s queries related to accounts in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

7. To print and analyze the high balance report on a daily basis.

8. To compare and balance daily/weekly/monthly all subsidiary accounts receivable ledgers to the appropriate control accounts.

9. To print the accounts receivable aging schedule on a weekly basis for review of the Financial Controller and Assistant Financial Controller

* 02 years in similar or higher position in 04-05 star Hotels/ Service Apartments Chain.

* Accounting / Finance Major in College / University.

* Can communicate in English
