The Payable Accountant is responsible for providing financial and accounts payable and related accounting support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
- Process import/export tax payments on a daily basic including check & releasee tax payments
- Keep track of milestones payment of contract. Contact/communicate/discuss and consult all relevant parties, departments for fixing issues related to payment and contract to ensure the compliance
- Review payment documents and perform checking
- Other adhoc request
- Booking imported goods receipt, import tax, VAT import tax to SAP system.
- Working with bank to ensure payment smoothly and maintain relationship with the bank
- Prepare payment packages for 2 patch per week (Equity & Drawdown) and process the payments

Qualification
- University graduation, major in Accounting and Finance
Experience
- Good knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
- Strong knowledge, with 2 to 3 years of accounts payable experience
Skills
- SAP/ERP knowledge is preferable
- English
