Key Account Manager

•This position will look after the Key Project ( Metro/Energy/Industrial) of Southern of Vietnam and identify Hilti potential sales.
•The specification of Hilti product range through Specifiers.
•Map all contractors involved in the Key Project to ensure the coverage and penetration to the Project.
•Keep track on the construction progress and derive plan of Hilti consultancy and sales action.
•Develop business relationship with all the key players (e.g., Construction Managers, Owners, General Contractors, etc.) to enable and support the sales and engineering team for a smooth business flow.
•Ensure total customer satisfaction involved in the Projects by closely monitoring & implementing Hilti Services Program (Safety Training, On-site service, Seminar, Installation training, Joint Inspection and Mock-ups)
•Manage the Project penetration by measuring the sales achievement against the total Hilti sales potential.
•Take leadership in the Annual and Trimestral Rolling Forecast planning and execution.
•Coordinate activities with the Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
