Key Account Manager, Financial Services

Ensure the correct company’s products and services are delivered to partners in a timely manner;
Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
Other duties / projects as assigned by direct manager.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
Submits accurate and timely reports as required or requested;
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition;
Ensure assigned team sales target and operating objectives is met in alignment with overall Company sales and profitability objectives;
Serve as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams;
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
Resolve any issues and problems faced by partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;

Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills;
Proven 2-3 years working experience as B2B key account manager in relevant sectors;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Excellent communication skills, problem solving and negotiation, influencing skills;
English communication skills is a preferred;
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Trade or relevant field;
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs;
Must have working knowledge/background in Insurance/Consumer Finance/Banking industry/Fintech/Online Payment/e-wallet or relevant industries;
