Key Account Manager

· Collaborate with the business units to direct sales activities of the sales team and drive
· Grow the MAS business and market share by setting direction for the selling strategies towards the customer base (factories, vendors, agents, buying offices)
· Develop and drive execution of Sales & Brand strategies for the entire MAS product portfolio across the country
sales and marketing solutions.
· Build and maintain relationship with agents and buying offices of master customers
· Lead and develop a strong sales force, and to ensure an effective sales organization to
support growth in the country.
· Identify the key employees in the team and develop their growth path in the organization
· Guide and direct the sub-ordinates in achieving their objectives and develop skill set.
· Explore business opportunities for new products and establish network throughout the country.
· Oversee profitability of accounts and products
· Exhibit & Build up Team Spirit One Team One Goal through the organization.

· At least 5 years of sales experience.
· Experience in retailers, IT, EAS and RFID is preferable.
· At lease University Degree in Sales & Marketing or Technology
· Fluent in both English and the local language
· Strong knowledge of the retailer industry.
