Key Account Manager (Women Healthcare)

This role will be accountable for achieving area sales target, build and maintain the existing doctors/HCPs/pharmacy and other customer as well as explore new opportunities to develop products.

• Approach the hospital doctors, clinic representatives and others to introduce company’s products.
• Consult to the doctors about company products’ advantages in order doctor understands clearly and deeply about our product to decide on treatment to patients.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet objectives, regularly visit doctors to remind them on our products.
• Collect the production information from market as well as doctor’s comments on products to report periodically or timely to Line Manager.
• Maintain & develop good report with all related departments, Customers, Principals’ employees
• Follow up the company listing/ tender to update on time about the news, progress and the result if any.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Other assigned works from upper levels if any.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Pharmacy or equivalent degree Pharmaceutical market
• At least 4-5 year experience in medical representative/ key account, especially for Pharmaceutical MNC company
• Experienced in Women healthcare or O&G category is an advantage.
• Proactive, positive thinking and intergrity
• Good negotation and approaching the marketing 
• Good at English and computer skills
