Create, maintain and manage consumer finance operational processes, constantly searching for ways to improve customer experience and increase efficiency of both digital and manual processes.
Verify all finance contract documents are accurate to ensure prompt funding and support compliance audits as needed.
Review and document critical processes and procedures if needed to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance.
Conduct various assessments and audits to ensure department procedures are achieving accurate and desired results.
Review underwriting policies, make data driven recommendations on policy and process changes to increase customer satisfaction
Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
Manage all aspects of the loan operations (from underwriting, contract processing to customer services)
Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.

Ability to multi-task while providing exceptional quality of work and strong attention to detail.
5+ years experience at managerial positions in banking/or loan service/or lending operations (e.g. underwriting, funding, contract processing, customer service etc.)
Ability to execute with minimal direction/independent judgement.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Good at written and verbal English is more referable.
Ability to learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing timelines.
Bachelor Degree, majored in BA or relevant fields of studies
